Rental conditions

Cancellation

If, after you have booked equipment hire, you regret it, you can cancel your hire up to three days before the first day of your booking. With three days or less left until the first day of the booking, no compensation is paid. To cancel, the easiest way to contact us is by email. If there is a short time left until the first day of your booking, it is always a good idea to contact us by phone, and we will do what we can to ensure that you do not incur costs.

Change order

If, after you have made a reservation, you want to make a change, such as adding/removing a product or changing the number of days for your rental, it is easy. Email us at hej@outdoorsupply.se and describe what you want help with and we'll fix it. Depending on whether you want to extend or reduce the booking, you will be refunded or have to pay for the difference. If there are less than three days left until the first day of your booking, there may be a charge for shipping if added products need to be shipped separately. For products removed with less than three days to the first day of the booking, we do not refund the change. If there is a short time left until the first day of your booking, it is always a good idea to contact us by phone, and we will do what we can to ensure that you do not incur costs.

Return of equipment

When you receive your ordered rental products, they will come in a package with a return slip and shipping slip. When your rental period is over, you pack away dry and cleaned equipment in the same package as you received it. Fills in the return slip and tapes the package. Place the included delivery note over the other one on the outside of the package and hand it in to the agent shown on the return note.

If something broke

We expect normal wear and tear and an accident can also happen. For minor damage that can be repaired, we charge the cost to fix what is broken, such as minor holes in a backpack or a broken buckle. For more extensive damage or lost equipment, the hirer is responsible for the cost of replacing the product in its current condition, e.g. burnt down tent or theft. We recommend that you check before starting use whether your home insurance covers damage to rented equipment. If the accident occurs and you experience damage to the equipment, you document it on the return slip.

Complaint

After use, we always go through used equipment to both clean it, ensure full functionality and document any deviations that do not affect the function. We do not rent out equipment that is broken or has defects that affect function. If, after all, you believe that the products you have rented have defects that affect the function, we want you to check the packaging it came in so that it is not damaged, document the damage and contact us. We are keen that you will be satisfied as a customer and make an assessment on a case-by-case basis about how we compensate for that.

Terms of purchase

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase up to 14 days from when you received the product according to the Distance Contracts Act. You can read the law in its entirety on the Swedish Parliament's website . We will then refund the purchase cost minus a cost for return shipping which is SEK 59, 89 or 129 depending on the size of the package. When you contact us, you will receive help with the return slip and shipping slip that you will receive by email.

In order to get the payment back in full, it is assumed that the product has not been used in a way that affects the new condition. Remember that the product must be able to be sold to a new customer. If the product has been used or otherwise handled in such a way that it affects the new condition, we will reduce the refund corresponding to the assessed reduced value from case to case.

Change order

If you have made a purchase in our webshop but want to make a change to the order, for example add or remove a product, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. This is so that it will not entail additional shipping costs for you.

Complaint

If you believe that the product you bought is damaged or does not work as intended, contact us to make a complaint. If the product is damaged upon receipt, it is important that you check the packaging and document any damage.
